Gift Voucher

1. The bearer should present the gift voucher prior to purchase.
2. Gift voucher is not applicable to purchase Broadway gift voucher and gift card.
3. Gift voucher is valid for one-time purchase only, and cannot be redeemable for cash.
4. Gift voucher can be accumulated.
5. Gift voucher is not applicable to online shopping.
6. Gift voucher is available for sale at physical shops only.
7. Gift voucher is valid for one year from the date of issue.
8. The management of Broadway will not entertain any claim for the loss of the coupon.
9. Gift voucher would be void without authorized signature and company chop of Broadway and/or found defaced or damaged.
10. In case of any dispute that it may cause, it will subject to the final decision of Broadway.
11. Broadway Photo Supply Limited reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time.

Gift Card

1. Gift card will be immediately activated when it is purchased, and it will expire after 12 months, any remaining balance shall be automatically forfeited upon the expiry date.
2. The bearer should present the gift card prior purchase.
3. Gift card is not applicable to purchase Broadway gift voucher and gift card.
4. Gift card can be accumulated for use and used for multiple purchases.
5. Gift card is not applicable to online shopping.
6. Gift card does not carry the add-value function,nor can it be redeemed for cash, transferred to or combined with another gift card.
7. Broadway Photo Supply Limited will not replace or reimburse the value of your gift card if it is lost, stolen or damaged.
8. Gift Card is not applicable to resold or used for promotional purposes without written approval.
9. Delivery service is not applicable to purchasing gift card.
10. In case of any dispute that it may cause, it will subject to the final decision of Broadway.
